During reaching and development, testing and production process, we enhance controls of materials, supplies, and outputs to ensure International Green Law and customer’s regulations. We also recycle and reduce energy to prevent harms to energy, natures, and environment.
Actions to pollution (outside of laws and regulations). Under the principles of ensuring product quality, we use the materials that are low pollution, low harm, and low risk to environment and people. We want to achieve the products that are environmental friendly.
Value business safety. We strive to improve the safety of the facilities and equipment. Improve management level, decrease any incidents, and prevent and control all natural disasters and work related injuries.
Provide manuals for every production equipment and protection gear. Improve production safety, provide professional health and education, Improve workers’ safety knowledge to reach zero incident and injury.
Encourage humanity treatment. We prohibit exploiting employment, discrimination, sexual harassment, unlawful using force and others which are prohibited by laws.
Improve work efficiency. Arrange reasonable production cycle to fit customer’s schedule and employees’ benefits and privileges to rest.
Improve communication between employees. Understanding employee’s needs, caring for employee’s lifestyle, and valuing employee’s privileges to establish reasonable and transparent management style, and oppose exemplary pay deduction.
Encourage self-improvement. Provide training to employees regularly to advance their abilities, and give them opportunity to advance and advance their creativity.
Listen to local community, governments and other recommendations to become a good neighbor and partner for the nearby community and businesses.
