Chairman Shen spares no effort in long-term dedication to charity, and he establishes the “People-Oriented” corporate culture for Topkey. He places emphasis on the three action care: “gratitude”, “respects” and “love”, and expects "employees to become shareholders, and the shareholders to become volunteers" so our corporate social responsibilities can be carried out and so can our corporate culture and value be enhanced. For sustainable development of our charity work, Topkey Foundation was established in late 2010 for the purposes of to enriching social capital, purifying social convention and promoting ethical concern.

4. To sponsor educational activities that are in line with the aims of our Foundation.
