In view of the strong execution effectiveness of corporate volunteer organization and Chairman Wen Chen Shen’s gather, Topkey’s Little Sunshine Volunteer Society was born on the company’s celebrate day in 2007. Pei Chen Shen, specialist of the Human Resources Committee, was the first president to lead all the employees towards the crowd to service the people with enthusiasm in their spare time, contribute to the community, and fulfill corporate social responsibility.

There are four objectives to the establishment of Little Sunshine Volunteer Society:
1. Devote to establish corporate volunteer culture through a series of volunteer activities.
2. Urge all the employees to join the procession of our Little Sunshine Volunteer Society so the ideal of “employees become shareholders and shareholders become volunteers” can be came true.
3. Let our employees appreciate the joy of putting our hands down to do charity, to help others, and to give without feeding back  volunteer work.
4. Provide social welfare groups a matching platform for volunteer needs.

Our services are divided into five categories:
1. Care for the disadvantaged groups
2. Ecological conservation
3. Environmental protection services
4. Community services
5. Emergency and disasters aids

Chairman Shen himself is a fellow apprentice of Tzu Chi Foundation. He sets an example in personally taking part in caring and contributing to the community. What he is most proud of is not the great achievements of his business, but to lead all his employees to join the procession of volunteer services. Through personal experiences and touching sharing, we hope to inspire our employees’ will to volunteer and to release their driving force to join in the public welfare. Via volunteer activities, we not only want to consolidate our internal team spirit and tacit understanding, but to create harmonious corporate culture for Topkey.

Over the years, Little Sunshine Society has sponsored dozens of volunteer activities. Our objects of care are considerably diverse which include elderly people living alone, vulnerable children, groups of physical disabilities, environmental protection, and…etc. In addition to encouraging employees to contribute to our community, we hope to internalize the corporate social responsibility into every employee’s thinking through a process of participation. Hence initiate the 5-Wins Culture: personal, corporate, shareholders, communities and the disadvantaged minorities. Highlights of Little Sunshine Society’s events over the years as follows:
